Firstly, a disclaimer to cover everything: All of the characters depicted in these pieces belong wholly to the wonder that is J.K.Rowling- I just like bringing them out to play on occasion.
Title: The Innocence Of April 1964

Summary: In Spring time the garden of Grimmauld place was a riot of colour, a paradise of lush high grasses, explosive, exotic flowers and dragonflies as a big as a child’s palm and in order for their parents to share civilised teas the Black children were dressed in their most casual robes and sent out to enjoy.
A/N: Regulus would be 3, Sirius would be about 4 or 5, Narcissa would be 9, Andromeda would be 11 and Bellatrix would be 13.

Dead Again, Regulus (Regulus, Bellatrix- G - 100)

A/N: This is the first piece fanfiction I've written in what feels like a year! Written for the game prompt over at slytherin100. I'm somewhat proud, proud that I got something finished, anyway, even if it is only 100 words long.
“Dead again, Regulus!” Squealed a china doll of a girl- mud dirtying her porcelain face, ebony hair a mess of sweaty tangles. Her words dripped with petulance as they fell from her pout, “You always die and so our team always loses!”
“I always die to save someone else, Bella!” Regulus countered, throwing down his twig so harshly it snapped in two as it hit the scuffed toe of his boot.
“I don’t care! I’d rather be wounded than be a loser!” Bella’s cheeks were ruby red now beneath the dirt.
Regulus, sighing, turned to leave, “Bella… I give up.”
